Mein Update auf Ubuntu 6.10

Das Update hab ich überstanden, die Themes für GDM mussten dem Default Theme weichen und auch der Xserver musste etwas nachgebessert werden. Ich nutze Ubuntu seit etwa einem Monat auf dem Desktop. Vorher hatt ich ein bis ins Detail durchkonfiguriertes Debian drauf. Find Ubuntu für den Desktop einsatz eigentlich ganz praktisch nur irgendwie nervt mich, dass man keine Hotkeys selber anlegen kann mit diesem Standard Klicki-Bunti Hotkey Verwaltungsprogramm. Der Release Zyklus mag für einige ein Vorteil sein. Für mich ist es eher ein Nachteil und aus diesem Grund werd ich wohl beim nächsten stabilen Debain Release wieder umsteigen.
